  1. Your strips are so entertaining. I love your intricate backgrounds and the relationship between Joe and Whatshisface is hilarious. "Isn't this a great planet?". I rolled on that one. Keep up the good work!

  2. I'm really glad you liked that one, George (I was pretty pleased with myself when I thought of it - I could only hope I wasn't the only one who found it funny). Thanks for being kind about my intricate backgrounds, too. They were a real headache to colour - if I'd kept them simpler, I could have finished the strips in half the time; you've made me glad I made the effort, now.

  3. I'm with George and loved the "spinning" quip too. Who is that in the background of the first two panels(not Mara)? What sets this strip apart from the majority of web comics that I've seen is your ability to draw. Glad I went with the guitar, I never could have competed with you! Now leave the banjo and music alone or I'll have to take up macramé. Get the feeling your artwork and the humour will go from strength to strength.
    Very well done!

  4. Thanks Anonymous Dale

The background fellow is just a customer at 'Organix'

I hope you haven't set your heart on taking up macrame (how d'you do the accent?) - if you heard my banjo playing, you'd wonder how I can possibly be deriving any pleasure from it and why my family haven't yet resorted to GBH or murder.

Strength to strength sounds brilliant; I'd settle for frailty to strength at the moment.

  5. Lol. Banjo playing can get you anywhere! (So I here - since I'm not an avid banjo player or anything). Love this series! Keep it up.

The person who doesn’t make mistakes is unlikely to make anything. Where did I make mine in this strip?
